Candles on the bedside table and flowers on the dining table are a nice feature, but avoid going overboard. Remove any clutter and keep surfaces and floors free of obstacles. Unless it is a cold and snowy day, open some windows and allow fresh air to circulate around the property.
Using simple measures such as those mentioned above can work for people looking to sell their property; therefore it is a good idea to think about what the buyers want and what one should do in terms giving out a good first impression.
